All orders are shipped via USPS from Central California in discrete shipping packages.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS 2-3 day Priority Shipping: Usually 1-3 business days after an order is placed.
Domestic priority shipping costs are built into items pricing so no additional shipping fees apply! If you need express shipping, please send a text toa 323-487-3606 with your order number. Be advised that express shipping must be paid by the customer. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes once your order has been placed.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages. However, we offer route package protection at checkout, so if your package is stolen, lost, or damaged you are fully insured!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not offered at this time.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Any damaged or defective products can be returned and replaced free of charge. This includes any broken vessels, destroyed wax, inoperable wicks, tunneling candles, incorrect orders, and melted or dysfunctional products. However photographic proof of damage must be received within 7 days of delivery in order to receive replacements or refunds.
In the event your package(s) are damaged during shipping you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund of your purchase price within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at ninadevon@ninadevon.com for further details.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After placing your order, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Please note that some orders will ship in multiple packages. If you receive only part of your order, please allow 1-2 additional business days for the remainder of your order to arrive.
If your package does not arrive on the specified delivery date and you are unable to locate it, we advise first contacting your household members and neighbors to ensure they haven't received the shipment on your behalf.
